Grant Heard, an assistant with the University of Central Florida for the past two seasons, has been named an assistant football coach at Eastern Michigan University, Head Coach Chris Creighton announced today, Feb. 13. A veteran coach with more than 17 years of experience, Heard will serve as EMU's wide receivers coach.
