After many requests, we have developed a new style trunk for use during that time of the month. This is made to use during your period. (Or for guys post Meta/Phallo w/ post surgery incontinence) The Hammock style insert is just that, a hammock insert we sew in the crotch of these specially made boxer briefs with a wider crotch area similar to women's briefs. The Hammock is sewn on both ends, leaving the middle available to wrap the wings of a pad, or just use a regular pad to adhere to the Hammock itself. The Hammock insert is made with a mesh non-woven polypropylene material that is absorbent and quick dry. It is similar to the reusable grocery bags and is safe to launder. The boxers are 95% cotton and thus far we have Black and Blue, however since we buy in assorted colors, we can't offer individual colors. If you comment a color choice, and we have in your size, we'll use that color. It is our discretion to use items from our stock of trunks. We offer in Boys or Men's sizing XSM 24/26 thru LG 36/38. You can also add an insert for your packer. Our Jock Pocket insert is a top loading pouch made with an O ring sewn on the inner wall to allow the shaft of your packer to pop thru give you a natural hang and added security. If these are for post surgery, please give us a measurement from top of waistband to tip of phallus, so we can adjust where to place the Hammock. These do not come with an insert for packing.
